Feeding The Hungry And Having Fun!

The Spring Fling was all about having fun, raising class spirit, and building a better community within Waterville Senior High School, ....but hidden in amongst all that fun was also a component of helping those less fortunate than ourselves!  During the week-long inter-class activities, each homeroom was asked to bring in boxes of macaroni and cheese to support the Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter. AND, boy did we!

The recount is done, all the total have been rechecked, and we collected not 300, not 325, but 350 boxes of Mac & Cheese!   For those of us who love this comfort food, we know the average 7.5 oz box provides three serving, which means Waterville students provided about 1050 servings of goodness to the community.
